Quake!

We are all going to remember where we were when the quake hit for a long time.
I was standing under the chimney watching it shake. I can't believe it is still standing.



I had been out washing the car and all I thought about was how bad it was going to suck when that chimney fell on my clean vehicle. Luckily it didn't. Not yet anyway.

A Full Time Job

Hosta La Vista

We have big hostas in the front of the house. Really big. They are the biggest you will ever see-if you get here soon.



Every night the deer eat more and more leaving only the stalk. We still have a few left but they are going fast.

The Right Fit

My new tux is here or should I say was here. I had to take it back to get it fitted. The jacket was ok but the pants need a hemming.

Masked Man

I had an eye exam today. I got new glasses. Thankfully these are not them. I can't show you the new ones just yet as I can't see out of them. It will take some practice. Damn progressives.

Remember This?

I started this blog to record my progress on my Mustang. It's been a very long time since I have done anything with it. Surgery, hot weather, cold weather, rain-it's always something.



Today I took off the back seat panels. It's a start.

Mini Melon

I planted small watermelons and that's what I got.



Does this even count as a melon?



Everything is small except the seeds. They are a real mouthful because that's all you get from this thing-one mouthful. Tasted good though....
